"...figures drawn by seven-year-old Ingrid Gerberick and reprodouced as large paintings by her father, Vancouver artist Ken Gerberick. Viewers will have an opportunity to enter the imaginary world of a child who carefully observes personalities and styles, and to see thie slightly bizarre world enlarged to an easily assessible size. The impact of this unique exhibit is surprising."

"This work can turn the noun angst into a verb carrying the viewer into a dark forest of lost hope. Ultimately we find the hope within ourselves and are better for seeing the work." - unknown

"Masks are all things in all cultures and virtually all societies interpret them differently. From humourous to the grotesque; the surreal tot he sublime, masks cover the range of human emotion and expression. They speak to the mortal and immortal in each of us and somehow represent the place where the two intersect."
