gruntCraft is a visual arts based, youth engagement project, managed by Vancouver’s grunt gallery. The project has developed a virtual art studio, in Minecraft, for youth participants. Program includes 3D printing workshops, mentorship and feedback from professional artists.

Artists Demian PetryshynDemian Petryshyn: Programming & Communications Coordinator. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Demian Petryshyn moved to Vancouver,British Columbia to study at the Emily Carr University of Art + Design. Since his graduation, he has worked in the artist-run centre community as an artist, volunteer, staff-person, and advocate. He recently moved back to Vancouver after pursuing his graduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, a brief stint in France, and an internship at the Banff New Media Institute.
